In choosing to be suppliers to the charity sector, we believe that we too have a social and ethical responsibility. Accordingly, we endeavour to conduct our business with integrity, honesty and fairness at all times. Below is our ethical policy:

Customers and suppliers

Fisk Brett aims to conduct all transactions with fairness and honesty. Promises and commitments will not be given which the company does not have the intention to fulfil, or for which it does not have the resources to meet.

We understand that customer retention is a key part in our success, therefore we work hard to develop and strengthen customer relationships for the long term. We recognise the importance of cordial supplier relationships and endeavour to maintain a mutually beneficial partnership.

All transactions and financial reporting by the company are carried out according to the relevant laws and regulations.

Employees

We aim to allow employees the opportunity to develop their skills in line with the aims of the organisation and pursue a rewarding career. We provide a stimulating environment in which our employees work, whilst recognising the need to maintain a balance between work and home life.

Competitors

Whilst we are committed to pursuing our commercial objectives we will not make disparaging or negative comments about competitors. We believe the advantages of our company and our products should speak for themselves.

Community

We understand our role in our community as an employer, and as such aim to make a positive contribution to its economy by supporting local businesses. Furthermore, we make donations from profits to local and national charities.

Environment

We seek to make a minimal impact on our environment by reducing travel, recycling waste and office consumables.

It is our intention that all communications from and within our organisation should be truthful, clear, legal, decent and should have respect for the intended audience.
