Established 1990 by Robin Fisk, now Managing Director, and Ben Brett, Technical Director, Fisk Brett has over 17 years' experience in the charity sector.
Our team of 30 people is based in Sussex, mainly working on the development, sales, and implementation of ProgressCRM. Progress is the most recommended Fundraising and Membership solution 2005, 2006 and 2007 (Charity Finance survey)
Fisk Brett's technology strategy is based on the Microsoft .NET platform. This means that ProgressCRM is scaleable - it can grow with your organisation; and it can easily integrate and connect to other systems.
Under Technical Director Ben Brett, there are three main areas of opportunity for new staff-

- Projects team
- Customer Support team
The Development team is dedicated to the development and maintenance of the company's software products and bespoke software.
The Projects Team's role is to engage with the customer and implement the chosen technical solution.
This involves working with the customer to define and agree detailed requirements and then design, configure and implement the solution based on existing products. Projects frequently involve mapping and transferring data and processes from existing systems to the new technical solution.
The Customer Support Team provides a range of services to ProgressCRM users. From the moment a customer is up and running with their new ProgressCRM database, they can call on the Customer Support Team for advice, and problem solving. The Customer Support team is the ‘front line' when it comes to solving any issues that arise under the Service Level Agreement- known simply as SLA.
