On-line Giving- survey results

In July 2007 Fisk Brett asked all Progress Users to help with an on-line survey. Here's the results

"If you wanted to make a donation to a charity, from a leaflet through the door or a TV appeal, would you want to be able to make a donation on their website? There is an increasing expectation that all charity websites will have the facility for you to make an online donation...."

Download Help

Many of the files available here for download are Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files. Most computers will already have a means of displaying these files.

If you download one of these files are are not able to open it (usually it will be displayed in the browser window) then you should download and install the Adobe Reader.

Saving PDF Files

If you would like to save a PDF file on your own computer right click on the download link and choose 'Save Target As...' (Internet Explorer) or 'Save Link As...' (Firefox).
