Our Public training courses provide a very cost effective way for charities to train their staff, by sharing facilities, the trainer's time and the room costs. Public courses run from 10.00 until 16.00 with morning and afternoon breaks with an hour for lunch (provided).

See the Training tab in the Events section to see what's on. And if you do want to attend a public course on a future date not listed, please contact us anyway, and we'll see if we can arrange it for you. Or if you don't see a course that meets your precise needs then a bespoke course can be tailored for you.

Download Help

Many of the files available here for download are Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files. Most computers will already have a means of displaying these files.

If you download one of these files are are not able to open it (usually it will be displayed in the browser window) then you should download and install the Adobe Reader.

Saving PDF Files

If you would like to save a PDF file on your own computer right click on the download link and choose 'Save Target As...' (Internet Explorer) or 'Save Link As...' (Firefox).
