It features an easy-to-use toolbar that integrates into your familiar Microsoft Office interface. Many organisations have fundraisers and marketing staff using the ProgressCRM database on a daily basis, for some users this being the only screen they use all day.
But many others within the organisation also email the same supporters and contacts, and may or may not have access to ProgressCRM.
This email add-in will enable users to update Contact History without actually having to use ProgressCRM.

Installation
The add-in is installed using a simple setup program undertaken by either your organisation's database System Administrator or one of our consultants. Your PC will need version 3.5 of Microsoft's .Net Framework installed
