Increasing value of Progress users' monthly seminars

Choosing ProgressCRM isn't just about getting the best fundraising database, it's also about building relationship.

When you become a ProgressCRM user, you not only get great support through the Customer Service team's helpdesk, but also your own dedicated Account Manager to keep in touch over your use of the software. Every 'Third Wednesday' in London, Fisk Brett hosts two seminars. Mornings are a presentation to those looking at ProgressCRM for the first time; and the afternoon sessions look at a range of topics specifically for its customers. Numbers attending are increasing, and the topics really helping users to expoit the full potential of Progress and ProgressCRM.

Its good to see how you could be making better use of the database and the functions available.
