Fisk Brett is delighted to announce that Tim Manley, Database Manager at Evangelical Alliance of Great Britain, will be co-presenting a session with Robin Fisk at the Institute of Fundraising's Technology Group's conference on 14th May in London.
In the session "Managing your supporter database - lessons from the coal-face", Tim will be explaining how they manage the database at Evangelical Alliance, and why they chose to do it that way. Presented as a case-study, but also steered by comments or technical queries from the audience, topics will include: managing stakeholder interests; data security and data management; prevention of data duplication; reporting methods; extending the use of the database and adding tables and fields; managing your suppliers; and resourcing the database.
