
Advanced Solutions International (ASI), the leading global provider of web-based software for associations and non-profits, announced today (August 18, 2008) that it continued to see revenue and profit growth over the past six months ending 30 June 2008. Significantly strengthening its international presence, the company reached the following milestones:
- ASI achieved record revenue during the first half of 2008 with a 6% increase in software license revenue and 15% increase over target in EBITDA*.
- ASI's international operations in Canada, Europe and Australia collectively achieved record revenue for the first half of the year.
- ASI acquired Fisk Brett, creating the largest privately-held software provider in the world focused on member and donor-based non-profit organisations.
- An independent report by Lehman Associates confirmed ASI's leadership position in the association market with a nearly 40% market share, an increase over 2007.
- ASI announced the availability of iMIS Friendraising, a fully-integrated online fundraising application.
- The company received three major industry awards for support and performance.
