Project implementation- with Genesis

Purchasing and implementing new application that will be deployed across the organisation is not a task to be taken lightly. Apart from planning, the actual deployment of the solution will impact on a number of users, the processes that they use and the data the organisation holds about its sponsors. We recognise these issues and having collated information and feedback from hundreds of projects have developed an implementation methodology called Genesis.

Genesis represents a best practice way of working and the way that the work is documented.

Shortly after placing a contract with us, a Project Manager and Project Consultant will be assigned to the project and introduced to you. At this stage, you will be furnished with background documentation about the Genesis process. As part of Genesis, detailed information will be gathered about your organisation, your users, processes and data. From this information, a comprehensive implementation plan is created which includes detailed information about key tasks such as migration of existing data, user training, installation, testing and commissioning. Our Project Consultant will then use this information as a blueprint to deliver the mutually agreed solution. Throughout the project you will be provided with copies of the relevant configuration documentation to keep as a record of the process.
