The ProgressCRM Card Payment Processing module enables organisations to initiate ad hoc and batch debit and credit card transactions through ProgressCRM in conjunction with the SECPay service.

SECPay (www.secpay.com) is a leading payment service provider, for secure real-time online credit and debit card transactions. They have a proven track record, processing millions of pounds worth of transactions every day for large blue chip organisations as well as small and medium enterprises, entrepreneurs and charities; including Nestle, Pizza Express, Christies, Firebox and Childline.

When used in conjunction with the SECPay service and an Internet Merchant Account, the module enables ProgressCRM to manage card transactions directly without the need for a separate credit/debit card terminal.

The ProgressCRM Card Payment Processing module offers the following features:

Supports all Major Cards

The module works all major Visa and MasterCard credit cards (and their derivatives), Switch, Maestro, Delta, Solo and JCB, subject to the capabilities of your bank's Internet Merchant Account.

Cardholder Not Present Transactions

Full support is provided for transactions involving a cardholder who is not physically present.

One off and batch card payment

Single payments can be taken using an easy to use screen based form. Batch payments such as regular subscriptions are also supported.

Multi Currency

Foreign currency payments can be accepted subject to the capabilities of your Bank's Internet Merchant Account and authorisation from SECPay.

Internet Based Authentication

The module uses your Internet connection to process transactions through SECPay.

In most cases, an existing Internet connection can be used which saves having to establish a dedicated telephone line for car payments.

Integration with Contact Histories

Entries are automatically entered into the financial history for the associated contact, facilitating detailed reporting, analysis and audit per contact.
