Existing databases to convert?

Data conversion can be provided to ensure that the data in your existing database(s) is safely converted into ProgressCRM. There is no need for a long 'down time' either - our data conversion scripts can be run and re-run during the project to check that data is being successfully mapped out, and then can be run at the last moment prior to going 'live' on ProgressCRM - so the latest, up to date information is there when you start.

It is also possible to improve existing data, including cleaning the address data and matching the database against gone-away files.

Implementation - a managed process

Our Genesis implementation methodology ensures you get up and running with ProgressCRM with the system you need - on time and on budget. Placing an emphasis on preparation and information gathering, Genesis provides a framework for ensuring a successful implementation with the least possible stress for all concerned. Our Projects team is experienced in implementing ProgressCRM for a wide variety of not-for-profits, and can advise you of the best approach to your project. During the implementation you have access to your projects team, who will hand over to our support team after going live.

Training

We work with you to devise a training plan to ensure that the right people get the right training in all the right subject areas. Either at your place or in our London training facility, training is delivered for classes of up to 6 people with the emphasis on hands-on experience.

Life after going live - support services

We offer services to meet a wide range of needs. Our standard service level agreement provides a Helpdesk and new releases of the software included in the charge. Over and above this you may require additional services, including regular account management meetings, direct access to 2nd line support services, and possibly the services of a consultant on site from time to time. This can be organised into a service level agreement to meet your requirements to ensure that you continue to get the best out of your ProgressCRM investment.
