Why attend?
ProgressCRM is a great tool for fundraising and will help you in the planning and execution of your fundraising and your subsequent response handling and analysis. There's a lot of fundraising functionality within ProgressCRM and you'll need training to be able to understand how you can best use it.
Before attending
You'll need to have attended the Introduction to ProgressCRM course and be familiar with your organisation's business and fundraising requirements.
On the day

- Analysing income through reports, graphs and charts
- Direct marketing and segmentation tools
- Relationships and communication history
