Membership Management with ProgressCRM

This course also applies to earlier versions of ProgressCRM know simply as Progress.

Why attend?

The ProgressCRM Membership module allows you to administer your membership and subscription schemes. No matter what your scheme, there is a lot to manage – recruiting, joining members, setting up payments, managing the relationships with members, sending reminders and processing the renewals, updating subscription rates and so on. This course will show you how you can do all of this effectively.

Before attending

Before attending we ask that you have been on the Introduction to ProgressCRM course and that you are familiar with your organisation's business and membership requirements.

On the day

The course will show you how you can:

  • Set up membership and subscription rates
  • Add new members
  • Create payment schedules
  • Enter membership renewals
  • Process payments, including Direct Debits
  • Co-ordinate mailings
  • Update subscription rates

Ongoing

When you return to your office you will be able to successfully administer your organisation's membership scheme. After this course, you might want to consider courses that will help you analyse your data such as Report Writer or Using ProgressCRM with Excel.
