Why attend?
This course is designed to show you how to use the ProgressCRM Query Tool. This is a fantastic tool for viewing and manipulating your data within ProgressCRM from your chosen selection rules. The data you query and save can then be exported for use in mailmerges, updating the database, or further analysis.
Before attending
You'll need to have attended the Introduction to ProgressCRM course and have an understanding of your organisation's business requirements.
On the day
The course will show you how to:
- Run an existing query
- Create a new query
- Look at the query selection tool
- Analyse the output
- Mail-merge data
- Export the results to Excel
- Update the database
Ongoing
This course will give you the skills to use the ProgressCRM Query tool to report and analyse all your data such as contact history, events, finance, fundraising, payment plans and more. A really useful addition to this course is the Using ProgressCRM with Excel course, this will help you understand how you can perform further analysis of your data once you have exported it to Excel.
