Why attend?
To get the most out of your database and relationship with Fisk Brett we recommend that you appoint someone to act as the Systems Administrator. This person will have 'ownership' of the database understanding who in the organisation is using it, their aims and processes. They can then ensure that the database is configured correctly and is meeting everyone's needs, as well as acting as a main point of contact between Fisk Brett.
Before attending
Before attending this course we ask that you have attended the Introduction to ProgressCRM course, are familiar with your organisation's business requirements and are the designated systems administrator for your organisation.
On the day
The course will cover the following:
- Adding to and amending look up lists
- Configuration options
- Setting up user defined tabs
- Housekeeping tasks
- Setting up new security groups and users
