Project Training
When implementing a new solution, training forms an essential part of the project. During the planning phase of a new implementation our software we will discuss your training needs in some detail, then structure a programme of courses to ensure that the right skills are transferred to the right people at the right time. Once the scheduled training has been completed, our experienced trainers can arrange follow on days on site at your premises to provide advice and coaching. This can prove invaluable as users start to use the production system in a live environment for the first time.
Of course, as time elapses it is inevitable that staff changes can occur and the need for more training will arise. Fisk Brett can arrange repeat training for new staff as well as refresher courses either on a case by case basis or as part of an ongoing commitment.
Bespoke Training
Fisk Brett is able to tailor training courses to meet individual customer needs. Whether you require a stronger focus on specific areas, or wish to roll out cascade training to a large audience, we can help. Training can be delivered from our training suite at Steyning to classes of up to six delegates, or on site at your premises. We can arrange training at a London venue if required (surcharges may apply)
Training is integral to developing your use of your software, whether that's learning new skills, refreshing knowledge or providing the basics for new users. Training with Fisk Brett also means that you learn best practice and in an environment that is conducive to learning. There are two types of training for you to choose from depending on your needs - public courses and bespoke courses.
Public Training
Sometimes, a need for a single piece of training is identified. Perhaps a new member of staff has previous experience with one of our software solutions, but not the modules that you have purchased; or you may wish to improve your report writing skills.
Fisk Brett can provide training on individual software modules and complimentary skills as occasional public courses. Our public courses are based at our training facility at Steyning and typically are of one day's duration. We can arrange training at a London venue if required (surcharges may apply). Delegates receive hands on training at a dedicated PC and are supplied with a complete set of training notes to take away at the end of the course. Fisk Brett's public courses give you an opportunity to learn without the normal distractions of your office environment, and meet other customers.
